Click Interval

The Click Interval setting determines how often the automated mouse clicks occur. You can define the interval using four separate input boxes for hours, minutes, seconds, and milliseconds. This allows precise control over the timing of each automated click.

  • Hours: Number of hours between clicks.
  • Minutes: Number of minutes between clicks.
  • Seconds: Number of seconds between clicks.
  • Milliseconds: Number of milliseconds between clicks (1 second = 1000 milliseconds).

How to Use:

  1. Enter your preferred time interval in the Hours, Minutes, Seconds, or Milliseconds fields.
  2. The Start button becomes active only when the total click interval is greater than zero.
  3. Click Start (F6) to begin automated clicking based on the set interval.

Tip: For faster clicking, reduce the interval to a smaller number of milliseconds. For slower or timed actions, use a longer interval by adjusting seconds or minutes.

Click Options

The Click Options section lets you control which mouse button the Auto Clicker will use and whether it performs single or double clicks. These options help tailor automated clicking behavior to match different applications and workflows.

Mouse Button:

  • Left Button: Performs standard left-click actions such as selecting or activating items.
  • Middle Button: Simulates middle-click actions, often used for scrolling or opening links in new tabs.
  • Right Button: Performs right-click actions, typically used to open context menus or secondary functions.

Click Type:

  • Single Click: Executes one mouse click per action.
  • Double Click: Executes two consecutive mouse clicks per action.

How to Use:

  1. Select the mouse button you want to automate — left, middle, or right.
  2. Choose the click type: single or double click.
  3. The selected options will determine how each automated click is performed when the Auto Clicker is started.

Tip: Use double-click mode for tasks that require opening files or launching applications, and single-click mode for general repetitive actions.

Random Offset

The Random Offset feature adds variation to the click interval, making automated clicks appear more natural and less predictable. This option helps simulate human-like clicking patterns by introducing small, random timing differences between clicks.

  • Offset by Milliseconds: Adds or subtracts a fixed number of milliseconds from the set click interval.
  • Offset by Percentage: Randomly adjusts the click interval by a certain percentage (up to 50%) of the original interval time.

How to Use:

  1. Enable the Random Offset option.
  2. Select one of the two offset modes: Milliseconds or Percentage.
  3. Enter the desired offset value in the input box.
  4. The Auto Clicker will randomly adjust the click timing within the specified range during operation.

Cursor Position

The Cursor Position section defines where the Auto Clicker will perform its automated clicks. You can choose to let the clicks follow your current mouse cursor, or set a fixed screen location for precise targeting.

  • Current Cursor Position: The Auto Clicker will click wherever your mouse pointer is currently located. This option is useful when you want to move the cursor freely during automation.
  • Pick Location: Lets you set a specific point on the screen where all clicks will occur. You can either enter the X and Y coordinates manually or use the Pick Location button to select the spot directly on your screen.

How to Use:

  1. Select Current Cursor Position to make clicks follow your moving cursor.
  2. Or, select Pick Location to assign a fixed position for all automated clicks.
  3. If you use Pick Location, the X and Y coordinate boxes will display the chosen point automatically.

Tip: The fixed location option is ideal for tasks where the target area never changes, such as clicking the same button repeatedly in an app or game.

Click Repeat

The Click Repeat section allows you to control how many times the Auto Clicker will perform clicks. You can choose to repeat a specific number of times or have the clicking continue indefinitely until manually stopped.

  • Repeat [x] Times: The Auto Clicker performs the set number of clicks and then stops automatically.
  • Repeat Until Stopped: The Auto Clicker continues clicking without limit until you press the stop hotkey or click the Stop button.

How to Use:

  1. Select Repeat [x] Times to specify an exact number of clicks, then enter the desired value in the input box.
  2. Or select Repeat Until Stopped to keep the clicker running continuously.
  3. Click Start (F6) to begin the clicking process, and press the same key or the Stop button to end it.

Tip: Use the repeat count option for limited automation tasks or testing, and the continuous mode for ongoing repetitive actions in games or software applications.

Hotkey Settings

The Hotkey Settings section, which is accessible from the Settings button from the toolbar, lets you assign custom keyboard shortcuts to start or stop the Auto Clicker without using the mouse. This feature is especially useful when running full-screen apps or games where quick control is needed.

How to Assign a Hotkey:

  1. Click the button showing the current hotkey (for example, [F6] for the Start action).
  2. Press the new key or key combination you want to assign as the hotkey.
  3. Click the Save button to confirm your new shortcut or the Reset button to revert to default settings.

Allowed Hotkeys:

  • Function Keys (F1–F12)
  • Letters (A–Z)
  • Numbers (0–9)
  • Modifier Keys (Ctrl, Shift, Alt) — can be combined with other keys
  • Special Keys such as Tab, Enter, Space, or Backspace

Note: Certain system-reserved keys like the Windows key and Escape (Esc) may not work as hotkeys.

Save Settings

The Save Settings feature allows you to store your current configuration, so the app automatically loads your preferred setup each time you launch it. This saves time and ensures a consistent clicking pattern across sessions.

How to Use:

  1. Adjust all desired parameters such as click interval, random offset, click options, and repeat settings.
  2. Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the main window.
  3. The next time you open Ace Auto Clicker, the previously saved configuration will be automatically applied.

Tip: Use the Save Settings feature after you have finalized your automation setup to avoid re-entering values every time you start the app.

Start and Stop Controls

The Start and Stop controls allow you to begin or end the automated clicking process. These controls are available both as on-screen buttons and through hotkeys for quick access.

  • Start (F6): Begins the auto-clicking process using the current settings. The button is only enabled when a valid (non-zero) click interval is set.
  • Stop (F6): Halts the auto-clicking process immediately. You can click this button or press the same hotkey to stop.

How to Use:

  1. Set all desired options such as click interval, click type, and repeat mode.
  2. Click the Start button or press the assigned hotkey (default F6) to begin auto-clicking.
  3. When you want to stop, click Stop or press the same hotkey again.

Note: The Start and Stop functions share the same hotkey by default. You can customize this behavior through the Hotkey Settings section.

Troubleshooting and Tips

This section provides solutions to common issues and helpful tips for getting the best experience with Ace Auto Clicker.

Common Issues:

  • Start button is disabled: Ensure that the click interval is not set to zero. The app requires a valid time interval before starting automated clicks.
  • Hotkey not working: Some system-reserved keys such as the Windows or Escape (Esc) key cannot be used as hotkeys. Try using another key or a combination like Ctrl + F6.
  • Click position incorrect: If clicks are not occurring where expected, recheck your Pick Location coordinates or switch to Current Cursor Position mode.

Helpful Tips:

  • Use the Save Settings button to keep your preferred configuration for the next launch.
  • Experiment with the Random Offset option to simulate natural clicking patterns for better accuracy in some applications.
  • When testing, start with a longer interval and gradually shorten it to find the optimal click speed for your needs.
